    Hello,
Just a couple of things I’d like to say.
People amaze me the way they express themselves and it’s so entertaining. Its definately an art.
And coming from the logging industry in the north, that has suffered some hard blows in recent years, I have to say I appreciate your hard working husband.
I had a son that was interested in logging and when we attempted to start our own logging business I used to tell him it will teach you just how hard some people work for little pay. I think farming is like that too.
Like the hats .Need to order one soon.
    Keep up the good entertainment.
    Randy Curtis

  10. Kelly Hubbard says:

I always not only drain my meat, but rinse it with hot water. This will get all of the grease off. Then I leave it sitting in the collander over couple of paper towels for a few minutes to get as much water off as it can. Then I will bag or freeze it. And we always do salt, pepper, and garlic in all of our ground beef recipes.

  11. Holly Hooper says:

That looks great – I had a spicy dish last night. It has to be done, even during the summer months! Most of all it helps clear the airwaves and definitely makes me feel fresher and happier 😀
