Make pizza dough and let rise while preparing toppings.
Saute onion, peppers and sausage. Drain.
Spread dough into slightly greased cast iron skillet (can use any size - larger the skillet, thinner the dough.)
Pour tomato sauce evenly over dough and spread meat and veggies over.
Top with italian seasoning and cheese.
Bake at 425 until browned and bubbly.
