Easy Peasy Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 c White Lily Bread Flour (or any all purpose flour)
  • 1 tbsp live active yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 c lukewarm water

Instructions

  • Mix 1 cup of flour with all other ingredients.
  • Add only what you need of 2nd cup of flour to form a “loose” ball - for best results, USE YOUR HANDS. Embrace it, it’s fun!
  • Let the dough rest 10-15 minutes in a covered bowl, after rolling the ball in a little EVOO (that’s extra virgin olive oil - it’s extra good) OR put the bowl in a 200 degree warmed oven that you TURN OFF after it reaches 200 degrees.
  • Spread out onto your choice of pizza pan or pizza stone (I also like to sprinkle a little corn meal on my stone to keep the crust from sticking) and add your favorite toppings
  • Bake at 375 degrees for around 15 minutes or until bubbly. Take out of oven. Eat.
