Mix 1 cup of flour with all other ingredients.
Add only what you need of 2nd cup of flour to form a “loose” ball - for best results, USE YOUR HANDS. Embrace it, it’s fun!
Let the dough rest 10-15 minutes in a covered bowl, after rolling the ball in a little EVOO (that’s extra virgin olive oil - it’s extra good) OR put the bowl in a 200 degree warmed oven that you TURN OFF after it reaches 200 degrees.
Spread out onto your choice of pizza pan or pizza stone (I also like to sprinkle a little corn meal on my stone to keep the crust from sticking) and add your favorite toppings
Bake at 375 degrees for around 15 minutes or until bubbly. Take out of oven. Eat.
