Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries (or Berry Mix)
  • 1 scoop Beet Root Powder
  • 1 scoop Turmeric Curcumin
  • 1/4 cup Oat Bran (or regular oats) I add oat bran for blood sugar purposes. More digestible and less calories than regular oats
  • 1/2 - 1 scoop Protein Powder I prefer 1st Phorm Level-1 (Blueberry or Vanilla) This is the best protein powder I've found and I've tried a bunch of them. Taste is exceptional.
  • 1 tbsp seeds of choice (I use flax or chia - chia has more fiber) See equipment for link to flax seed grinder - also great for other seeds or coffee beans
  • 0.5 ounce Frozen Beef Liver (optional) I use our homegrown beef liver. It's a true superfood. You can also take beef liver capsules if you don't want to eat raw liver, but I promise you can't taste it this way!
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Milk or Water I prefer Fairlife Fat Free - could also use unsweetened almond milk for lower calories
