After becoming aware that I’ve been dealing with inflammation (most likely prolonged – and most likely I’m not alone in this 🙃) I started doing research about ways to combat it with food. Being someone who appreciates all-in-one approaches where possible, this smoothie has become a morning staple for me. It’s easily tweaked based on your caloric needs and/or taste preferences. Several of these ingredients are considered super foods and very good for gut health, inflammation and overall longevity. I’m not a health expert, but I am a student.
