Ingredients

pound
ground beef
1
small onion
diced
1
can cream of mushroom soup
1
can Veg-Alls
or peas & carrots, mixed veggies or 1 cup frozen mixed veggies or any assortment of leftover veggies
Mashed Potatoes
enough to cover top of dish - perfect use for leftover mashed potatoes
Shredded Cheese
Instructions
How to cook Beef Skillet Shepherd's Pie
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, drain
Mix soup and veggies with beef mixture
Top with mashed potatoes and then cheese
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly on sides and cheese is melted
