Beef Skillet Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Veg-Alls or peas & carrots, mixed veggies or 1 cup frozen mixed veggies or any assortment of leftover veggies
  • Mashed Potatoes enough to cover top of dish - perfect use for leftover mashed potatoes
  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  • How to cook Beef Skillet Shepherd's Pie
  • Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, drain
  • Mix soup and veggies with beef mixture
  • Top with mashed potatoes and then cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly on sides and cheese is melted
