My Granny’s Goulash was always a favorite growing up. It’s easy-peasy comfort food and this is my take on it! It’s the perfect way to use a pound of hamburger and make a one-skillet meal. If you don’t have an oven, you could put a lid over the top of the dish on the stove and heat the cheese that way. Hope you’ll try it and enjoy! If you want to be really fancy, serve it with a big, fat salad, homemade ranch dressing (ranch dressing packet, mayo and milk) and “poor man’s” garlic toast (ie. white bread, butter and garlic powder toasted.) Trust me, it’s the best!
