Chop ½ head of cabbage (or more...or less) - add chopped carrots if you wish Add 3 Tbsp Sugar (or more...or less) and mix with slaw, let sit 10 min. or more if you have time - it's fine to make all at once if you don't
Add mayonnaise to desire - start with smaller amount, mix and add more as needed
Dash (or ten) of salt, pepper and celery seeds
Mix well, taste and try not to eat all of it before you serve
