Best Ever Ground Beef Slider

Ingredients

  • One Pound Ground Beef
  • One small onion diced
  • A few small sweet peppers diced
  • Red or Black Label Musket Powder Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • ¼ stick butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2-3 strips bacon diced
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls or regular rolls / small buns

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350*, line a baking sheet with tin foil sprayed with cooking spray
  • Saute diced bacon, onion and peppers
  • Add ground beef and cook until brown, drain
  • Add mayonnaise and cheese, stir
  • Cut buns/rolls in half (if possible keep bottom and top halves attached)
  • Place bottom of rolls on tin foil, spread meat mixture over buns and dust heavily with your choice of Musket Powder seasoning
  • Place tops on buns, brush tops with melted or softened butter
  • Place another piece of tin foil sprayed with cooking spray (spray side down) on top of rolls, wrap up buns tightly with foil from top and bottom and bake in oven 20-30 minutes until heated through
