Saute beef with olive oil in instapot until seared. (This could also be done in crock pot or stovetop - just sear the meat beforehand in skillet.) This step isn't mandatory, but helps.
Add other ingredients and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Try adding ½ cup sour cream to make creamier or top with sour cream and chives per serving.
If you want thicker sauce, mix a few teaspoons corn starch or flour into small amount of cold water, stir in and saute until thickened.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or add egg noodles to finished beef, set to saute and let cook 10 minutes or until done.
