Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter salted, melted and cooled or softened

Instructions

  • Directions:Preheat oven to 400.
  • Grease skillet or baking sheet or line baking sheet with parchment paperMix fry ingredients in medium bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, sour cream and butter in separate bowl, then stir into dry ingredients. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • Drop by large spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet or skillet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until tops are browned. Serve and enjoy!

Cheddar Bay: add ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp garlic powder to dry ingredients
