Best Sweetpotato Pie

Ingredients

c.
4-5 medium sweetpotatoes
3
c.
sugar
3
eggs
¾
cup
whole milk
or canned evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
Pinch
of salt
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1
stick butter
2
unbaked deep dish pie crusts
Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain and peel
Mix all ingredients in stand mixer (or with hand-mixer)
Pour into pie crusts
Bake for 55-60 minutes until firm
Top with whipped cream
