Best Beef Tip Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Tips
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • Handful mushrooms cut in slices
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Musket Powder seasoning or choice of steak seasoning or Seasoned Salt
  • All Purpose flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Cut beef tips into bite size strips (if needed), dust with seasoning and flourSaute onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil and butter
  • Remove from pan, add more butter and saute beef strips
  • Once beef strips are done, add back onion mixture, along with beef broth and cream of mushroom soup. Saute until mixture becomes thickened, stir to keep from sticking
  • (If needed add a dusting more of flour to mixture to thicken)
  • Once gravy is thick, add sour cream at end and serve hot over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
