Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. green pepper finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- ΒΌ c. crushed pineapple drained well
- 2 c. pecans chopped (1 c. inside, 1c. outside)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients into a ball (or two), roll in pecans and chill. Serve with crackers (like ritz, if you want to be *fancy* like me. )
