This has quickly become a staple at our house since I started making it a few months ago. It’s quick, easy and refreshing. I’ve found it makes the perfect summer meal that doesn’t require heating up the kitchen any longer than browning the beef and it’s an ideal way to use fresh garden tomatoes. I usually have all the other ingredients on hand, so this comes together easily. Don’t skip the special sauce – it makes this salad as much as it makes a “Big Mac” a “Big Mac”!
