Bonjour Meredith cela fait plus d’un an que je regarde vos vidéos ,je suis un agriculteur est aussi un chef de cuisine ,j’aime votre façon de faire la cuisine et je me suis lancé à trouver de la fonte pour cuisiner difficile de trouver des poelles en fonte en Europe mais grace à Amazon j’ai pu les commander aux Etats-Unis . I heat the pan up on the stove a little bit, then hot water, washes right out! dry it off, back on the heat a little to be sure they are dry, and coat them with lard!
