Make any night taco night and make it EXTRA amazing by making this ground beef taco ring recipe. That sounds like a lot of making, but really it’s not. It’s quick, easy and your taste buds and family will be saying thank you!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 small onion diced
- Few small sweet peppers diced
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1-2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, taco, whatever you like!
- ½ cup water
- Musket Powder seasoning
- Lettuce Sour Cream, Salsa, jalapeños (whatever your favorite toppings are!)
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 375
- Brown ground beef with onions and peppers, drain off fat
- Mix in ½ cup cheese, taco seasoning and water, simmer until cooked down (about 5 minutes)
- Place crescent ring triangles in a sun pattern in a skillet or baking sheet (see video for how to)
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
- Serve hot with toppings of choice
